EXPERIMENTAL ALPHABET
1.0–1.16
EXPERIMENTAL ALPHABET is a growing archive of typographic studies. 16 posters, each based on a single alphabet, each shaped through intuition, distortion, and imperfection.
Every letter in these alphabets was built without rules or grids. Instead of designing type to be read, I focused on how letters can behave.
Each print is a snapshot of a different approach:
One alphabet might feel rhythmic, another chaotic. Some lean into repetition, others explore gesture, noise or silence. But they all share the same question:
What happens when we stop trying to make a ‘usable’ font, and just let the form take over?
All posters are printed on recycled A3 paper and signed by hand.
